A large, beautifully glazed hand thrown stoneware bowl, this piece is a handsome centerpiece for your dining table, coffee table or entryway. The pale blue, speckled background has wonderful bands of rippling green, rust, amber, brown and occasionally deep blue, on both the inside and out. It measures 6 inches tall, 10 inches wide and weighs a hefty 4 pounds 5 ounces. It's signed "Davis" on the bottom, incised in the clay.
This stoneware bowl can hold fruit to nuts or simply be admired on its own for its great good looks.
